iRatio is a FREE to use, easily accessible, and user-friendly app that shows at a glance an up- to-date and accurate work performance that will motivate you to maintain the quality and reliability of your work and, thereby, your work iRatio. Sign up and view your profile right here through any web browser, or download the app for iOS or Android. Employers can sign up and register for free, and enjoy unlimited usage for up to 10 employees, with no obligations.

How it Works

Each business and each employee creates their own profile. The employer can request to add the employee’s profile to their business, which then gives only this selected employer permission to view and leave work performance reviews. It is up to the employer how often they want to leave reviews.

Once a performance review is posted and the grace period to make edits or dispute the review elapses, the review is permanent and CANNOT be edited or deleted by the employee or anyone else. The performance reviews are easily accessible at any time from anywhere by the employee or their selected employer. If the employee starts a new job, all they do is change their current employer. Only current employers have access and permission to view an employee profile and leave work performance reviews. Each work performance review is specific to the employee’s job category.

There are 3 simple parts to each review. First, we have a check list with several key and important job aspects which the employer checks off – is the employee very good, good, ok, poor, or very poor in each category? Next, there is a space for the employee to leave a comment and, lastly, we have an overall rating system out of 5 stars. We do not refer to it as a “work rating” but instead we call it your “work iRatio”. That way it doesn’t sound so negative and personal and instead it is more appealing and neutral.
