How iRatio Works….
Your personal iRatio profile :
Signing up and creating your own iRatio profile is quick, easy, and FREE!
Start by downloading the app, or visit our web version.
Click on sign up and enter the required information. Once signed up, go to your email and verify your account (check your junk mail). Once verified, you’re good to go!
When you receive a request from an employer to join their team, you can either accept or deny the request. By accepting the request, you are confirming your current employment and position with that business. It gives them access to view your profile and leave work performance reviews. Don’t worry about your co-workers seeing your profile or reports as only your managers have access to your profile. As an employee, you can only view your own profile and performance reviews. You can also see your current employer’s profile page, as well as a list of your current co-workers and their positions.
Registering a business :
The owner of the business signs up and creates their own personal iRatio profile. Once the account is created and verified, in the menu bar select “Register a business”.
Once you have registered your business, our team at iRatio will verify your business and will accept your request to create a business profile.
Once verified and approved, you’re ready to go! As the owner of the business, you will have an “Account Manager” role which then gives you access to add “Positions” and pick which check-list criteria that apply to that particular position you would like.
Once you have created all your positions, you simply go to the “Employee” page and click “Add employee”. There, you will enter the employee’s email, select their position and select their “Business Account Role”.
If the employee already has an iRatio profile, they will simply receive a request to join your business team. They can either “Accept” or “Deny” the request. This request is to add that person as an employee to your business. Once and only if accepted by the employee, it allows the employer to view and submit work performance reviews.
If the employee doesn’t already have an iRatio profile, they will receive an email requesting them to create their own personal iRatio profile. Once their profile is created and verified, they will receive a request to join your business team. They can either “Accept” or “Deny” the request. This request is to add that person as an employee to your business. Once and only if accepted by the employee, it allows the employer to view and submit work performance reviews.
