Yes, it’s 100% FREE to sign up and use, for employees and employers. There are NO hidden fees, and NO subscription fees. NO credit card or banking information required to sign up.

How does my current employer get access to view my profile?

Once you get hired and start a new job, your new employer will send you a request to view and access your profile. You will receive an email stating that your new employer has requested to add your profile to their employee list, and would like to have access to your profile. This request will also appear at the bottom of your main profile info page. You will have the option to either accept or deny that employer’s request.

What if I quit? Can I delete my profile?

If you quit your job, or get fired or laid off, you can log into your profile and go to your current employer’s profile page. There you will have the option to remove your profile from that employer’s profile page. Simply select the reason you are removing them, and then they will no longer have access to your profile.

Can I use iRatio while having more than one job?

Yes, iRatio allows you to have multiple current employers. Each employer can only view your work performance reviews for that selected employer.

Can my other current employers see my reviews from my other current employers?

Only your current selected employer can view and leave performance reviews, for the selected position in that business. They can NOT view or access performance reviews from other current employers.

Who has access to my profile, and see my reviews?

Only you and your current present employer have access and can view your profile.

What happens to my profile while not employed?

Once you create a profile, it’s there to stay. If your ever unemployed, your profile remains active, and only you can view and access your profile. Once you start a new job you can grant permission to your new employer to view and access your profile.

Didn’t receive a verification email, after signing up?

After you sign up and register with iRatio, you will receive a confirmation email in order to activate and start using your profile. Check your junk/spam folder if you haven’t received a confirmation email within 30 minutes of signing up.

What if I forget my password?

If you have forgotten your password, simply click “Forgot my password”. You will receive an email, and will be able to create a new password.

What if I get a new email?

If you get a new email, you can either change or add another email to your profile.
