Then hit the blue “sign up” button
A message will pop-up confirming your account has been created, and to go to your email account to verify and activate your account. Click OK
Go to your email inbox and open the link to verify and activate your account.
*Check your junk mail folder if you don’t receive an email within 30 minutes.
Once verified and activated, you can go and log back into your account. You can edit and add more info by clicking on the blue “Edit Profile” button
To add a profile picture, click on the dark circle with your initials in it. Then a message will appear. Click OK, then select your picture.
Once you selected your picture, a message will appear confirming your upload.
TO REGISTER YOUR BUSINESS
Once your personal account has been created, go to the menu button on the bottom right of your screen. Then select “Register Business”.
Fill out all required fields, and then submit.
Once you submit, a message will pop-up confirming we received and will review your registration.
Our team will verify your information and make sure the business is legal and legit. Once verified and confirmed, your request will be approved.
Once reviewed, you will receive an email either approving or denying your business profile request.
Once your business has been approved, it will appear at the bottom of your info page on your profile.
Click on the business, to bring you to the businesses profile page.
TO ADD A POSITION
Once your business has been approved, a profile will be created for your business. Click on the “Positions” page. Once on the page, select “New Position”.
Type in the name of the position, as you would refer to it in your business.
Then select which type of job category that position would best go under.
Check off which “review categories” apply to that specific job position that you would like to appear on the performance review. Then click OK.
A message will then pop-up confirming that the position was successfully added.
Once you have added all the positions in your business, a list of positions, as well as the review check list requirements will appear.
TO ADD AN EMPLOYEE
Select the “Employees” page. Once on the page, the business owners name will be the only name on the page. Click on “Add” button.
Type in the employee’s email address.
Select the employee’s position (which the business owner already created on the “Positions” page).
Then select the employee’s “Business Account Role”.
Business Account Role:
EMPLOYEE – Has access only to their profile and can only view their performance reviews, their current selected employer’s profile page, and only see a list of current employees and their job position.
MANAGER – Can view and leave performance reviews for current employees; can add or request to add new employees’ profiles; can remove old employees’ profiles, but they can’t post other managers’ reviews or create or edit positions and checklists.
ACCOUNT MANAGER – Is the owner of the business; can view and leave performance reviews for current employees and he/she is the only person who can leave performance reviews for managers; can request or add new employees’ profiles and remove old employees’ profiles. He/she is the only person who can create or remove “Positions” and select their performance checklist criteria.
If the employee already has an iRatio profile, an employment request will be sent to them. In order to have access to their profile, they have to “Accept” the request.
If the employee does NOT already have an iRatio account. An email is sent to them with an invitation to sign up and create an iRatio profile.
Once someone is added to your business, their name and position will show up on your employee page list. In brackets it will say (Pending). Once they have accepted your employment request, then you will have access to their profile, and they will be added as an employee in your business.
*When adding employees, only employees with iRatio profiles will show up on the employees list. So if your inviting someone new to sign up, their name and position will only appear on your employees list, once they have created and verified their account.
When your current employer sends you a request to join their business team, at the bottom of your info page on your iRatio profile, under “Current Employers” you will see the businesses name and address, with “Pending” in brackets.
Once you click on the business, a message will pop-up, indicating a pending employment confirmation request. You have the choice to either “Accept” or “Reject” that request. By accepting the request, you are giving that selected employer access to your iRatio account.

After accepting the request, a message will appear confirming that you accepted the employment request.
Once you accepted the employment request, you will have access to your employers info page, as well as see a list of current employees and their position.
*As an employee, you will NOT have access to anyone’s profile.
